Thank you for your interest in recruiting at Oklahoma Baptist University. Whether your organization seeks an intern or a seasoned professional, Career Services is prepared to assist you. We strive to understand each employer and their specific recruiting needs then structure tailored recruiting activities to meet those needs. In addition, we will work to connect you with key academic decision makers for a fully integrated process.
Our goal is to provide you, the employer, with responsive services to meet individual recruiting needs, and to make the task of identifying and interviewing qualified candidates easy. Our recruiting services include:
►On-campus interview facilitation
The process is simple, you decide the date, let us know the type of student you are targeting, provide your preferred interview format, then we do the rest.
►Student Center Awareness
Often employers choose to set up a table in the Geiger Center (our student center) during high traffic times to generate interest in their part-time positions. We have found that the best times to set up are weekdays from 10:00 - 1:00. We will provide you with a table and two chairs in a highly visible location. Just email stephanie.miller@okbu.edu with your requested dates and times.

To increase awareness of your job opportunities, we will publicize your full-time, part-time or internship opportunities at no cost to you! Employers may post these jobs on-line themselves on our job board.
