Biography

Nathan Gay is a 1989 graduate of OBU where he received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. He earned a Master of Science in Accounting from Liberty University. He is a certified public accountant.  Gay also serves as a professor of accounting at Rose State College in Midwest City and as an adjunct professor of accounting in remote courses in both New Hampshire and Ohio. His professional memberships include the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA).

Gay lives on a small farm east of Shawnee which was first purchased by his grandparents in 1940. The Bison spirit runs deep in the Gay family as his wife also graduated from OBU in 1984. She currently teaches kindergarten. The Gays have two children who have graduated from OBU and another child still is in high school.

When not teaching, Gay enjoys farming, wood working and playing the piano.
