Psychologist Heads Up OBU’s Focus Week

Bill Gillham, co-founder of Lifetime Guarantee Ministries in Fort Worth, Texas, will be Oklahoma Baptist University's Focus Week speaker next week. Dr. Gillham is a psychologist, speaker and author.
He will speak during OBU's 10 a.m. chapel, Wednesday, Feb. 20, and Friday, Feb. 22. He will be the featured speaker for the Baptist Collegiate Ministries' Tuesday night service at University Baptist Church, Feb. 19, at 7 p.m. He also will speak Thursday, Feb. 21, at 7 p.m. in the university's Montgomery Hall.
Gillham has been a public school teacher and administrator and a field representative with the Oklahoma Education Association. He was associate professor of psychology at Southeastern Oklahoma State University for several years before moving on to full-time ministry.
He and his wife, Annabel, founded Lifetime Guarantee in 1975. The pair hosts the nationally syndicated daily radio program, "Lifetime Guarantee." They also regularly teach at the Billy Graham Training Center, "The Cove."
Gillham has authored several books, including "What God Wishes Christians Knew About Christianity," "He Said, She Said," and "Lifetime Guarantee," all with Harvest House Publishers.
The Gillham's oldest son, Preston, serves as president of Lifetime Guarantee Ministries. The group emphasizes two foundational truths: a new identity in Christ as forgiven, righteous and holy saints of God, and dependence upon the Christ to help face the struggles of life.
Gillham earned an undergraduate degree in mathematics from Northeastern Oklahoma State University and a master of education degree from University of Oklahoma. Gillham earned a doctorate in counseling from Oklahoma State University.
