Fans of OBU women's basketball will have a unique opportunity to support the program this season. The team will give away a hand-sewn OBU Athletics quilt on Saturday, Feb. 25, during the Lady Bison game versus St. Gregory's University.
"This is a beautifully hand sewn quilt featuring OBU athletic sports t-shirts," said Lady Bison head coach John McCullough. "This is a unique fund-raiser for our program, and it will result in someone owning a truly one-of-a-kind piece of OBU memorabilia."
The quilt was created by McCullough's wife, Stephanie, and Patty McWilliams, wife of OBU professor Warren McWilliams.
Tickets for opportunities to win the quilt are available for $3 each through the OBU Women's Basketball office. The tickets also are available for purchase at each OBU home basketball game. For more information, call 405.878.2172.
