Oklahoma Baptist University recently announced the hiring of David Joza as its director of human resources. He will join the OBU staff on Monday, Dec. 5.
Joza comes to Bison Hill after serving as director of human resources at Cellular World in Fort Worth, Texas. The firm works with nationwide Cingular operations.
"It is great to have David come on board," said Randy Smith, OBU senior vice president for business affairs. "His experience in human resources and his educational background make him a perfect fit with OBU."
Joza earned a bachelor's degree from Howard Payne University, a master's degree from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary, and a master's degree in organizational management with a specialization in human resources from Dallas Baptist University.
Joza is married to Tonya Graff Joza, a 1996 OBU graduate. They have one daughter, Charis.
