Team Presents Championship Trophy to OBU

The Oklahoma Baptist University men's basketball team presented the James A. Naismith Award for the NAIA National Championship to OBU President David Whitlock during the weekly chapel service Wednesday, March 31. The team clenched the championship Tuesday, March 23, in Kansas City. OBU head coach Doug Tolin was named as NAIA Coach of the Year.
